Erin Ingoldsby, Ph.D., Director, James Bell Associates, leads two projects funded by Children’s Bureau and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and conducted with ICF – the Identification and Care of Children Prenatally Exposed to Alcohol and Other Drugs: Prevention Strategies and Prenatal Alcohol and Other Drug Exposures in Child Welfare. Other projects include formative research exploring prevention of trauma and opioid misuse in diverse community contexts. She is a licensed child clinical psychologist.
