Penny Putnam Collins has over 32 years of experience in child welfare practice, administration, training, program evaluation and product development. Her focus throughout her career has been on best practice, engagement of families, a well-trained workforce and multi-disciplinary partnerships to improve well-being for children and families. Ms. Collins currently consults on several Federal grants and projects, and is the resource development lead for the Prenatal Alcohol and Other Drug Exposures Identification and Care Project.
