Brian is an independent consultant and has been in the FASD field for 15 years. Brian previously was a secondary teacher and virtual school head. He has worked on numerous national educational pilots with national charities and voluntary organizations. He and his wife have been foster parents for over 25 years and have been Special Guardians for four young people. They are currently parenting three young people with an FASD. He was a co-author of the project.
