Sandy is the mother to a 17-year old with an FASD and chief executive of the National Organisation for FASD (formerly NOFAS-UK). She has nearly 30 years of experience working with diverse networks to create positive change in public policy. Her prior position was executive director of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs (1995 Nobel Peace Prize). She and her husband are co-founders of the Hertfordshire FASD Support Network and have a blog, FASD Learning with Hope.
